In Microsoft Access, the "Design View" allows to modify a table's structure. It is a mode that allows you to view and modify the design of a table, including the fields, data types, and properties of the fields. You can also create new tables, add or delete fields, change the data type or field properties, add or delete indexes, and set relationships with other tables. You can access the Design View by right-clicking on a table in the Navigation Pane and selecting "Design View" or by selecting the table and then choosing "Design View" from the "View" menu.
